  • You will be greeted upon arrival by a staff member. Check in at the front desk/botanical bar. Our front desk will check you in and notify your stylist or nail tech that you’ve arrived. You will be asked to scan a QR code at the bar to be directed to our online, eco-friendly, complimentary drink menu. Order your refreshment at the bar!

  • • During your consultation, your stylist will take time to understand your hair goals. Feel free to bring inspiration photos—they're one of the best ways to ensure you're both on the same page.

    • Every haircut includes a customized hair wash, relaxing scalp massage, signature treatment with steam therapy, and a finished style. Your wash is tailored with a plant-enriched shampoo, conditioner, or treatment based on your hair's needs.

    • Your styling experience is customized to your service, hair type, and desired results. Throughout your appointment, your stylist will explain the techniques and products used so you can recreate the look at home with confidence.

    • Check out at the front register, where you can also purchase any recommended products.

    • We'll offer to reserve your next maintenance appointment so you can stay on track with your hair goals.

Haircut Prep:

Curly/Wavy Cut

  • Wash morning of your appointment.

  • Cleanse (shampoo) and detangle (condition/comb) your hair.

  • Hair must be down in its natural state and not tied back in any style or updo that may stretch the curl.

  • No hair product.

  • Hair must be completely dry upon arrival.

Short Haircut, Medium Haircut + Long Haircut

  • Can be washed up to 72 hours prior to your appointment.

  • Minimal product. Examples include: Leave-in conditioner, hair serum, flexible hair spray.

  • Hair must be down and not tied back in any style or updo that creates visible creasing.

  • Hair can be in its natural state or previously styled with blowout or smoother styles.

Color Service

  • Do not wash within 48 hours of your appointment to prevent scalp sensitivity.

  • No hair product.

  • Hair must be completely dry upon arrival.

Gel-X Nails:

Prep

  • No foreign soak-offs. Guest must arrive with bare nails.

  • Have any inspo photos ready to show your nail artist.
